	Norman Colby, PG, CHg Karen Colby, PMP		Karen Colby, PMP - Project Manager Ms. Colby is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over ten years of experience in project management and information technology along with five years of experience in environmental consulting. Ms. Colby has successfully managed diverse projects ranging from basic site assessments to complex implementations involving multiple stakeholder groups and budgets exceeding one million dollars. She has designed, developed and implemented numerous data management systems designed to simplify data collection, reporting, and analysis while expanding the usefulness and availability of the information. As project manager, Ms. Colby gives immediate attention to our clients' needs and concerns and takes pride in ensuring our clients are aware of the progress made on their behalf. For every project, large or small, she is committed to service, professionalism, quality and client satisfaction. Ms. Colby works to earn our clients' respect and repeat business by proving that CGC can help them meet their goals, deadlines and budgets. Ms. Colby also directs CGC's environmental data management, geographic information systems and quality assurance/quality control activities. She currently manages quarterly data for multiple sites in California which includes meeting Geotracker reporting requirements for the State Water Boards. Ms. Colby earned her B.S. in Management Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach. She earned a certificate in Environmental Management from University of California, Irvine and a certificate in GIS from University of California, Riverside.
